IP-addressible, that's Toshiba's IK-WR01A vandal proof network dome camera with cost-effective 802.3af Power over Ethernet (PoE).Built for performance and outstanding value, it features IP66 rating for dust and water resistance, IP Video and analog for hybrid integration with analog monitors and recorders, high-resolution streaming video up to 30 frames-per-second (M-JPEG), and true day-night functionality for round-the-clock monitoring where intentional tampering is a concern.
A full-featured network camera, the IK-WR01A permits security-sensitive areas to be remotely monitored by a LAN workstation, remote PC or other Internet-ready devices via a standard browser - without additional plug-ins or client software. Engineered to withstand abusive treatment and harsh outdoor environments, its thick steel body has tamperproof screws and an impact-resistance dome cover, qualifying it for deployment in correctional facilities, outdoor public places, school campuses and other areas prone to vandalism. To provide additional versatility, the camera can be easily altered on-the-fly from clear to tinted cover, or from surface to flush mounting, making it literally four cameras in one.
